Medios Personales o Humanos:
  • El Personal Vendedor: El personal de venta de un negocio se revela como uno de los factores más importantes en la animación del punto de venta.
  • Personal de animación del punto de venta: Personajes. Consiste en utilizar un personaje(real o ficticio) como elemento animador del punto de venta, espectáculos, artistas, mascotas, etc.
  • Azafatas: Es el medio personal más utilizado. Tiene como objetivo provocar la compra del producto por parte de los clientes por medio de la argumentación, o prueba del producto.
  • Stand de Degustaciones: Consiste en dar a conocer los productos a los clientes, mostrar el funcionamiento, conseguir que los consumidores prueben el producto en el punto de venta.
